MRS. TRACEY WOON A career banker with more than 40 years investment banking experience, Tracey held various senior management positions at international financial institutions overseeing corporate finance matters ranging from equity fund raising and debt offerings to public company takeovers. Prior to her retirement in August 2020, Tracey was the Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific Global Wealth Management of UBS AG where she advised key clients on a wide range of financial solutions. Prior to joining UBS in 2016, she was the Vice Chairman of Citibank ASEAN Corporate and Investment Banking. Currently, she is a director of Singapore Press Holdings Ltd, UOB Limited, National University Health System and council member of the Singapore Red Cross. She is a member of the Securities Industry Council and SGX Listings Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the Investment Board of GIC Pte Ltd. Tracey graduated with Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. She was conferred IBF Distinguished Fellow Award in 2016. She is married with 3 children.
