Employees to engage with beneficiaries and experience Traditional Batik Art.

Complete batik experience where participants get to do up a batik painting from scratch.

This activity will take 3 hours. Alternatively, if time is a concern, we also offer batik painting experience where participants get to paint on prepared designs. The batik painting activity will take 2 hours.

Upon completion, participants can bring the painting home for keepsake, to process into a product or frame it up. We provide sewing and framing services and can discuss more

The employees will be engaging with intellectually disabled artists and learn how to do batik paintings, their experience as an artist and how they express themselves through these paintings.

Session details, the programme for the workshop will be:

- Introduction to Beneficiaries and our artists

- Introduction to Batik Art

- Steps to creating batik painting

- Batik activity

- Photo session

- End of session

All materials will be provided and our artists, our youths with special needs, will guide participants on the completion of the artworks.
